1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions apply to all online orders placed through our website or online ordering system. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

2. Collection Only

All online orders are for collection only. We do not offer delivery. Customers are responsible for collecting their order from our premises at the selected time.

 

3. Ordering & Payment All orders must be placed online via our official ordering system. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

 

4. Collection Times Customers must collect their order at the agreed collection time. If an order is not collected within a reasonable time, it may be disposed of for food safety reasons. No refund will be provided for uncollected orders.

 

5. Changes & Cancellations Once an order has been accepted and food preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or changed. If you need to amend your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We cannot guarantee changes once preparation has started.

 

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While we take reasonable care to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee that any food is completely free from allergens due to shared preparation areas.

 

7. Refund Policy No refunds will be issued once food has been cooked or prepared, in line with UK consumer law regarding perishable goods. Refunds or replacements may be offered if: We have made an error with your order, or The food is not of satisfactory quality at the time of collection. Any issues must be raised at the time of collection. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

8. Quality & Responsibility Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once the food has been collected. We are not responsible for any loss of quality due to late collection or improper handling after collection.

 

9. Pricing & Menu Information Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

 

10. Website & Technical Issues We make reasonable efforts to ensure our website and ordering system operate correctly. We reserve the right to cancel orders if technical errors, pricing errors, or system failures occur. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

 

11. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
