Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once food has been cooked or prepared, in line with UK consumer law regarding perishable goods.

 

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

We have made an error with your order, or The food is not of satisfactory quality at the time of collection.

 

Any issues must be raised at the time of collection.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
